Celebrate community, collaboration, and togetherness at Yay on Broadway co-working space and event venue in our beautifully remodeled stand-alone brick building with sunshine, secret rooms, a creative executive suite, and a beautiful board room/dining room for your next meeting or social event for up to 75+ people based on event set up.
Our themed rooms, convenient location in popular downtown Edmond, and flexible floor plan including a large main room and a separate kitchen, veranda, and side lawn, make it a unique offering in Edmond for our Yay community. Our space is very flexible so you may book a combination of rooms to suit your needs. Want an indoor/outdoor event? Access to the Grand Kitchen is included with all bookings. The veranda and Spirit Park lawn are included with Wonder Room and Big Yay packages.

Small meetings & gatherings: The Gatsby, The Retro, The Dolly
10-40 seated or up to 75 reception style: The Wonder Room (with use of Grand Kitchen) Starting at $100/hr ($100/hr Mon-Fri 5pm evenings, $150/hr Fri after 5pm-Sun.)
FULL SPACE: 50-75 50 seated or up to 75+ standing/come and go plus private seating in Gatsby and Retro private rooms: Big Yay Starting at $150/hr. weekdays, $200/hr weekends
Bookings include available tables and chairs, ice chest on wheels, white or gold easel, large Bluetooth speaker. See the room pages for details. Additional rentals may be necessary based on guest count. We will provide a preferred vendor list, but you use your own vendors with no additional fee required. All booking times MUST include set up and tear down. No cleaning fee is required but guests must complete the basic clean up list provided. We believe celebrations should be shared.
Payment policy: 50% of the booking fee is due upon booking to confirm your reservation if more than 3 months out. The remainder of the amount due shall be processed one month prior to the date of the event. 100% of the booking fee is due upon booking to confirm you reservation if less than 3 months from the date of your event. All invoices will be sent via e-mail. All credit cards/debit cards accepted.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations may be made with the following stipulations. Big Yay and Wonder Room bookings, 50% refund if more than 3 months out from the event OR re-booking available if more than one month out from the event. Private room bookings (Retro/Gatsby/Dolly): full refund if more than one month out from the event. Re-booking available within the calendar year if less than one month from your booking. Thank you.
