One of the things we love most about Yay on Broadway in downtown Edmond is the unique layout. From the private parking lot to Spirit Park side lawn to the covered veranda on two sides and the floor to ceiling glass windows bringing light to the Wonder Room, and three themed private rooms perfect for conversation and connection (The Retro, The Gatsby, and The Dolly), to the large Grand Kitchen with a prep table and seating, buffet, and black stainless steel fridge, it’s all so…well, right. Depending on the set up and occasion, the space can accommodate 75 and even more with an indoor/outdoor event. PLUS, you get private parking for up to 22 cars and street parking on one side of Thatcher. Other guests can park in Downtown Edmond. Yes, you may bring in your own food. If you want adult beverages, you may hire a bartender or bar service.

Our team at Yay have worked hard to bring you a well-appointed space newly remodeled with fresh paint, new tile throughout, and all new furnishings to bring this vision to life. Why? Because we believe life should be celebrated.
We’ve planned dozens of events over the years, from workshops and conferences, to girls night out events and monthly luncheons, so we’re here to help you bring your vision to life, too. We have hosted luncheons, a tea party, baby showers, bridal showers, micro-weddings, team retreats and large social events and we consistently get 5 star reviews. We are easy to work with and do not charge for amenities like our speaker, Smart TVs, easels, white boards, and Betsy cooler.

$150 per hour Monday – Thursday
$200 per hour Friday-Sundays
Discounted Yay Weekend Rate: $1,200 full day Saturday or Sunday, 8:30a to 10p (perfect option for micro-weddings, reunions, receptions and all-day conferences.)
