$100/per hour Monday – Friday before 5PM, (1 hour minimum)

$150/hr. Friday after 5 PM – Sunday. (3 hour minimum)

MOST POPULAR OPTION FOR SHOWERS AND EVENTS FOR UP TO 75 PEOPLE. Natural light and floor to ceiling windows infuse this room with bright energy for your event. The neutral white walls and gray and white plank tile make this room a clean palette for your vision for your daytime or evening event. Event reservations include 10 tables, 38 chairs, and a soft seating conversation center.

Capacity: 40 (seated) to 75 (reception style, come and go) based on set up. To add more seating, also book the Gatsby Room or Retro Room or get both of them with the Big Yay package for the best rate.

This reservation includes access to the Grand Kitchen and all of its amenities, and use of the veranda.

  1. Note that booking the Wonder Room instead of Big Yay after hours and on weekends means the private rooms may be available for bookings. If you want the entire space (and parking lot) to yourself, then choose Big Yay instead. Any private rooms you may not want to use during your event can be locked.
  2. If you are booking Wonder Room during regular business hours, then co-workers will utilize the private rooms for co-working. For private events with no co-workers on premise, book after hours or weekends.

Your time slot begins when the first person arrives to decorate, and ends when the last person exits the building, so please be sure to reserve ample time for decorating, setting up, and tearing down decorations.
